Part of the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries internal all-staff broadcasts is to feature a segment called “Learning About L&I” which highlights different parts of the agency to educate others on the work being done outside of their area. One of the most important parts of L&I is the Office of Information and Assistance. This is probably the most public facing part of L&I since it’s these individuals who handle incoming calls from the public and get folks to where they need to be.
So, here’s a Learning About L&I I recently produced featuring some folks from OIA and talking about the impact of their work.
