Agricultural Overtime Law

One of my earlier animation projects was around agricultural overtime. A new law made agricultural workers in Washington State eligible for overtime pay starting in 2022. At the time, we knew a lot of agricultural workers were getting their information from social media, so we produced a simple informative animation outlining the new law with a call to action to call or visit the website for more information. We decided to more prominently display the phone number since the webpage was deemed to be the less likely of the two for folks to utilize for more information.

I used Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects for this one. This is one of the first animations I worked to make a little modular. Since we were doing both a Spanish and English version, I needed to be able to adjust the animations simply to match the timing of what was being said.
