The Evil Within 2 – Stream Slates

I am a big fan of The Evil Within video game series. I think they are creepy and thrilling. So, when “The Evil Within 2” came out while I was streaming regularly, I knew I had to play. So, I took it on myself to make some assets for the stream.

Whenever I stream, I try to structure it as much as possible. I think having well-built assets is key to hooking an audience. Presentation is everything and all that. I made these slates to showcase the start, the break/intermission and the end of a stream of “The Evil Within 2”.

Sometimes something will come up or I’ll need a break, so I usually make a slate that plays on a loop while I step away from the computer so that newcomers aren’t discouraged by an empty chair and an open mic.

Lastly, a “thank you” slate to serve as an outgoing message to everyone who came by the stream and stuck around. It bookends nicely with the other slates and serves to announce the stream has come to a close.
